Stacy R. Preston, Esq.

Stacy is the Founder and Managing Attorney at Orange Blossom Law.

 

Stacy’s practice is focused on Probate and Estate Planning.  She is passionate about her clients and loves when they share their unique stories.  Deeply empathetic and sensitive to the challenges her clients face, Stacy is dedicated to providing caring and attentive legal services.  

Stacy is the Secretary of the Mailand Area Chamber Board of Directors.  She is a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust and the Solo and Small Firm Sections of the Florida Bar.​

Raised in the Sunshine State from a very young age, Stacy loves Florida!  Stacy’s education has been from local Orlando schools, including St. John Vianney, Oak Ridge High School (ORHS), Valencia College (VCC), University of Central Florida (UCF), and Florida A&M University College of Law (FAMU Law).

Stacy has a diverse career history that enables her to connect with a wide variety of individuals.  Working for the Ninth Circuit Court as a civil, probate, and guardianship law clerk for several years, Stacy gained invaluable insight into not only the inner workings of the Court system, but also how failure to plan for the unexpected can devastate families.  She also had the privilege of working for Walt Disney World for over a dozen years.​ Stacy supports the military and is a proud Navy mom. 

As a lifelong Chicago Bears fan, Stacy clings to the success of the 1985 Bears!

Joanna J. Payette, Esq.

Joanna is an Attorney and Shareholder at Orange Blossom Law.  

 

Joanna's primary practice area is Guardianship. Joanna observed family members lovingly support one another during illness and incapacity. These formative experiences, combined with her deep interest in healthcare ethics developed during her undergraduate studies, shaped her commitment to understanding and advocating for those impacted by the legal implications of guardianship.

 

Joanna is the President of the Stetson University Alumni Association, in her eighth year serving the Stetson University Alumni Board of Directors, and is a member of the Stetson University Board of Trustees

Joanna is a Florida native, born in Tampa. Her family has made the Sunshine State their home for over 70 years.  Joanna is a graduate of Barry University School of Law, where she held various leadership positions. It was at Barry Law that Joanna discovered her passion for Florida guardianship law.

She was a four-year student-athlete on the women's softball team at Stetson University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree. A​fter graduation, Joanna spent 13 years as an assistant coach for Stetson Softball.  Go Hatters!  Joanna also has a Master of Science in Education from the University of Miami. Go Canes!

An avid feline aficionado, Joanna shares her home with two kitty cats!
