Our Team

Stacy R. Preston, Esq.

Stacy is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Attorney at Orange Blossom Law.

Stacy’s primary practice areas include Probate, Estate Planning, and Guardianship. She is passionate about people and loves when clients share their unique stories. Deeply empathetic and sensitive to the challenges her clients face, Stacy is dedicated to providing tailored and attentive legal services.

Raised in the Sunshine State from a very young age, Stacy loves Florida! Stacy’s education has been from local Orlando schools, including St. John Vianney, Oak Ridge High School (ORHS), Valencia College (VCC), University of Central Florida (UCF), and Florida A&M University College of Law (FAMU Law).

Stacy has a diverse career history that enables her to connect with a wide variety of individuals. Working for the Ninth Circuit Court as a civil and probate law clerk for several years, Stacy gained invaluable insight into not only the inner workings of the Court system, but also how failure to plan can devastate families. She also had the privilege of working for Walt Disney World for over a decade. Stacy supports the military and is a proud Navy mom.

Stacy is a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust and the Solo and Small Firm Sections of the Florida Bar.

As a lifelong Chicago Bears fan, Stacy clings to the success of the 1985 Bears!

Joanna J. Payette, Esq.

Joanna is the Chief Marketing Officer and Attorney at Orange Blossom Law.

Joanna is a graduate of Barry University School of Law. At Barry Law, Joanna held leadership positions on both the Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity executive board and the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Society executive board.

Joanna is a Florida native, born in Tampa. Her family has made the Sunshine State their home for over 70 years.

She was a four-year student-athlete on the women's softball team at Stetson University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree. During her undergraduate years, Joanna discovered her passion for healthcare ethics. After graduation, Joanna spent 13 years as an assistant coach for Stetson Softball. Go Hatters!

Joanna has a Master of Science in Education degree from the University of Miami. Go Canes!

Currently, Joanna is in her seventh year serving on the Stetson University Alumni Board of Directors.

An avid feline aficionado, Joanna shares her home with three kitty cats!
